Generates a device profile based on a few options and the current browser capabilites

Parameters
- Optionaloptions: DeviceProfileGeneratorOptions
  Options to pass to the different profiles generators
- OptionalvideoElement: HTMLVideoElement
  Optionnal HTML video element to use, else it'll create one
Returns DeviceProfile
